Machines

At DET, we have 3 different CNC machines. Our newest machine is the Samsung SL-45 which specializes in high speed cutting and threading with precision to the nearest ten thousandth of an inch. Our second machine is the Romi M-33 which is primarily used for larger pipe, such as 9 5/8 LTC casing and drill collars. Our final machine is the M-27, which is primarily used for the repair of 4 inch drill pipe and casing.

Tracking and Storage

DET has a thorough tracking system to ensure that customer property is received, stored, repaired and delivered properly. All pipe that comes into DET is marked with critical information, stored in color-coded racks and goes through a series of quality checks to ensure that all quantities, work performed and inspections are accurate and completed.
